Jigsaw Killer and More Missing People
Police investigating the “jigsaw killer” will now be looking into previous missing people reports after Stephen Marshall confessed to dismembering 4 other people. This confession comes after the “jigsaw man” was jailed for murdering his friend and colleague Jeffrey Howe and then scattering his dismembered body parts across Leicestershire and Hertfordshire.
During the trial, one of the witnesses told about how Marshall was linked to the Adams family, who are feared for their criminal acts. The witness said that Jigsaw claimed to have cut up other people for the family. After that, Marshall confessed in court to chopping up 4 other people over 10 years before Howe. His lawyer spoke for him, saying that he was asked by the family to dismember the bodies in the ’90s while working as a doorman for a nightclub. Marshall wouldn’t reveal the names of his previous victims.
However, Detective Superintendent Michael Hanlon says that police will be investigating these claims. They have known since the beginning that whoever cut up Howe knew what they were doing, he continued, and they looked at the possibility that Marshall had been experienced as a butcher or gamekeeper. Hanlon added that now Marshall has confirmed these speculations.
Hanlon also says that he plans to visit Marshall in jail to find out who the other people are. They already think the know who two of the victims were – gangster Gilbert Wynter and hoodlum Manchester John. Wynter enforced the Adams family gang and then disappeared after they accused him of skimming off drug profits. Manchester John is believed to have been killed for stealing £100,000 from the family.
